Dibangunkan menerusi kerjasama dengan sejarawan, ahli akademik dan pakar reka bentuk pameran, galeri ini menelusuri perjalanan Malaysia daripada era pentadbiran kolonial British hingga mencapai kemerdekaan dan membina sebuah negara berdaulat menerusi enam ruang pameran yang imersif merentasi dua tingkat.

Seri Negara tampil sebagai pencerita dalam sebuah filem sinematik ringkas yang membawa pengunjung merentasi lima ruang simbolik, daripada laman pentadbiran kolonial hingga ke balkoni tempat masa depan sebuah negara mula terbentuk.

Meliputi tempoh antara tahun 1900 hingga 1948, galeri ini mengangkat suara komuniti pelbagai kaum di Tanah Melayu menerusi peta interaktif, stesen audio, rak buku digital, diorama dan rakaman arkib.

Saksikan detik-detik penting perlembagaan Tanah Melayu menerusi paparan skrin dwi-LED berskala besar dan teliti dokumen arkib yang dipamerkan di atas replika meja pemeteraian tempat Perjanjian Kemerdekaan dimuktamadkan pada 5 Ogos 1957.

CARA MENUNTUT
- Pilih slot lawatan dan lengkapkan borang dalam talian dengan nama, nombor MyKad, tarikh lahir, dan maklumat ahli isi rumah yang turutserta, sekiranya ada, sekurang-kurangnya 5 hari sebelum lawatan anda.
- Terima e-mel pengesahan mengandungi tiket berkod QR setelah pengesahan berjaya.
- Tiba 30 minit sebelum masa yang ditetapkan dan tunjukkan tiket berkod QR (digital atau bercetak) berserta MyKad/MyKid semua pengunjung untuk pengesahan di kaunter.
Notis Privasi Data: Semua data peribadi yang dikumpul akan disimpan secara selamat oleh Pengurusan bagi tujuan pengesahan dan penyimpanan rekod sahaja. Semua data MyKad dan MyKid akan dipadam secara kekal pada penghujung setiap tahun kalendar.

1. Bilakah bayaran masuk akan dikenakan untuk melawat galeri di Seri Negara?

Tiket diperlukan untuk melawat pameran Seri Negara: Meniti Arus Merdeka yang
merangkumi empat galeri di aras satu:

3. Siapakah yang perlu membeli tiket masuk?
Semua pelawat yang memasuki galeri berbayar perlu mempunyai tiket masuk yang sah, kecuali kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun ke bawah. Kanak-kanak dalam kategori umur ini hendaklah ditemani oleh ibu bapa atau penjaga yang mempunyai tiket yang sah.
4. Adakah terdapat diskaun atau program kemasukan percuma?
Ya.
- Kemasukan Percuma STR: Khazanah menawarkan satu kemasukan percuma setahun ke galeri berbayar di Seri Negara kepada penerima Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) yang layak dan turut menerima bantuan Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) Bulanan, bersama ahli isi rumah yang berdaftar.
- Warga Emas dan OKU: Warga emas berumur 60 tahun ke atas serta pemegang kad OKU yang sah berumur 6 hingga 59 tahun layak menikmati diskaun 50% daripada kadar bayaran masuk.
- Keluarga: Pakej keluarga disediakan untuk 2 orang dewasa dan sehingga 3 orang kanak-kanak berumur 6 hingga 17 tahun. Kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun ke bawah menikmati kemasukan percuma.
5. Bagaimanakah saya boleh menyemak harga tiket dan membeli tiket?
Pelawat digalakkan untuk menyemak harga tiket dan membuat tempahan lebih awal secara dalam talian melalui serinegara.com.my. Kemasukan secara terus (walk-in) adalah tertakluk kepada kekosongan slot.
Bagi tiket Kemasukan Percuma STR, tempahan awal adalah wajib dan hendaklah dibuat sekurang-kurangnya lima (5) hari sebelum tarikh lawatan.
6. Adakah tiket boleh dipulangkan atau dipindah milik?
Tidak. Semua tiket yang dijual tidak boleh dipulangkan dan tidak boleh dipindah milik.
7. Apakah kaedah pembayaran yang diterima?
Galeri beroperasi secara tanpa tunai (cashless).
Pembayaran boleh dibuat menggunakan:
- Kad debit
- Kad kredit
- E-dompet
Bayaran tunai tidak diterima.
8. Adakah saya perlu menyimpan tiket sepanjang lawatan?
Ya. Pelawat mungkin diminta menunjukkan tiket atau pengesahan tempahan untuk tujuan pemeriksaan pada bila-bila masa sepanjang lawatan.
9. Apakah yang berlaku jika saya kehilangan tiket?
Tiket yang hilang tidak akan diganti. Pelawat bertanggungjawab menyimpan pengesahan tempahan dan tiket sepanjang lawatan.
10. Adakah kemasukan semula dibenarkan?
Kemasukan semula pada hari yang sama mungkin dibenarkan tertakluk kepada prosedur operasi tapak. Pelawat yang ingin keluar dan masuk semula hendaklah menyimpan tiket serta mendapatkan pengesahan yang diperlukan sebelum keluar.
11. Bolehkah pihak pengurusan menolak kemasukan?
Pihak pengurusan berhak untuk:
- Menolak kemasukan;
- Membatalkan kemasukan; atau
- Mengarahkan pelawat meninggalkan premis
atas sebab-sebab berikut:
- Keselamatan;
- Salah laku;
- Penggunaan tiket secara penipuan;
- Tingkah laku kasar atau mengganggu; atau
- Kegagalan mematuhi peraturan galeri.
12. Apakah waktu operasi galeri?
Galeri Seri Negara dibuka setiap hari dari 10.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang, kecuali pada hari Isnin.
13. Bilakah waktu kemasukan terakhir?
Slot lawatan terakhir bermula pada 5.00 petang. Pelawat disarankan hadir lebih awal untuk tujuan pengesahan tempahan.
14. Adakah makanan dan minuman dibenarkan di dalam galeri?
Tidak. Makanan dan minuman tidak dibenarkan di dalam kawasan galeri
15. Adakah beg bersaiz besar dibenarkan?
Beg bersaiz besar tidak dibenarkan atas sebab keselamatan. Sila hubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu sekiranya anda memerlukan bantuan.
16. Adakah fotografi dibenarkan di dalam galeri?
Fotografi komersial adalah dilarang kecuali dengan kelulusan terlebih dahulu. Fotografi untuk kegunaan peribadi mungkin dibenarkan di kawasan tertentu. Perkara berikut adalah tidak dibenarkan:
- Penggunaan lampu kilat (flash);
- Tripod; dan
- Dron.
17. Bolehkah waktu operasi atau akses galeri berubah?
Pihak pengurusan berhak untuk
- Mengubah waktu operasi;
- Meminda polisi tiket;
- Menyemak semula harga tiket;
- Mengehadkan kapasiti pelawat; atau
- Menutup kawasan tertentu tanpa notis terlebih dahulu
atas keperluan operasi, keselamatan, penyelenggaraan atau sebab-sebab lain.
18. Siapakah yang boleh saya hubungi untuk mendapatkan bantuan?

20. Siapakah yang layak menerima kemasukan percuma?
Tertakluk kepada pengesahan, kelayakan adalah terhad kepada:
- Penerima aktif SARA Bulanan yang disahkan melalui sistem semakan MyKasih; dan
- Ahli isi rumah yang berdaftar di bawah rekod isi rumah STR yang sama.
Ahli isi rumah yang layak hendaklah hadir bersama penerima utama untuk menikmati manfaat ini.
21. Adakah kemasukan percuma ini tanpa had?
Tidak. Kemasukan percuma:
- Terhad kepada satu penebusan bagi setiap tahun kalendar untuk setiap lokasi;
- Ditawarkan sehingga dimaklumkan kelak; dan
- Tertakluk kepada pengesahan yang berjaya.
Lawatan seterusnya dalam tahun yang sama akan dikenakan caj mengikut kadar kemasukan semasa bagi rakyat Malaysia.
22. Apakah dokumen yang diperlukan untuk pengesahan STR?
Pelawat perlu mengemukakan:
- MyKad asal; dan
- MyKad atau MyKid ahli isi rumah yang turut hadir.
Pihak pengurusan berhak meminta dokumen tambahan untuk tujuan pengesahan.
23. Bagaimanakah kelayakan isi rumah ditentukan?
Kelayakan isi rumah boleh disahkan berdasarkan:
- Rekod isi rumah STR;
- Pengesahan MyKad; dan/atau
- Dokumen sokongan lain.
24. Bolehkah rakan atau individu yang bukan ahli isi rumah menikmati kemasukan percuma ini?
Tidak. Rakan atau individu yang bukan ahli isi rumah tidak layak menerima kemasukan percuma di bawah inisiatif ini.
25. Bolehkah kemasukan percuma ini dipindahkan kepada orang lain?
Tidak. Manfaat ini:
- Tidak boleh dipindah milik; dan
- Tertakluk kepada pengesahan identiti pemegang yang layak.
26. Apakah yang berlaku jika pengesahan STR saya gagal?
Pelawat yang tidak berjaya disahkan masih boleh melawat dengan membeli tiket pada kadar kemasukan biasa.
27. Bagaimanakah penerima STR menebus kemasukan percuma ke galeri berbayar Seri Negara?
Penerima STR perlu:
- Membuat tempahan dalam talian sekurang-kurangnya lima (5) hari sebelum tarikh lawatan;
- Mengemukakan maklumat pengesahan yang diperlukan; dan
- Menunggu pengesahan kelulusan melalui e-mel.

Yes.
- STR Complimentary Admission: Khazanah is offering one complimentary admission per year to the paid galleries at Seri Negara for eligible Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) recipients who also receive Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) Bulanan assistance, together with their registered household members.
- Senior Citizens and OKU: Senior citizens aged 60 years and above, and persons with a valid OKU card aged 6–59 years, are entitled to a 50% discount on admission fees.
- Families: Family combo rates are available for 2 parents and up to 3 children aged 6–17. Children aged 5 years and below enjoy complimentary admission.
5. How can I check ticket prices and purchase tickets?
Visitors are strongly encouraged to check ticket prices and book tickets online in advance via serinegara.com.my. Walk-in admission is subject to slot availability.
For STR Complimentary Admission ticket for Seri Negara, advance reservations are required and must be made through the website at least five (5) days before the intended visit.
6. Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
The galleries operate on a cashless basis. Visitors may pay using debit cards, credit cards, or e-wallets. Cash payments are not accepted.
8. Must I keep my ticket during the visit?
Yes. Visitors may be requested to present their ticket or confirmation for inspection at any time during the visit.
9. What happens if I lose my ticket?
Lost tickets will not be replaced. Visitors are responsible for safeguarding their admission confirmation and ticket throughout the visit.
10. Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry may be permitted on the same day, subject to the site’s operating procedures. Visitors wishing to leave and return should retain their ticket and obtain any required validation before exiting.
11. Can management refuse entry?
Management reserves the right to:
- refuse entry;
- revoke admission; or
- request visitors to leave the premises for:
– security reasons,
– misconduct,
– fraudulent ticket usage,
– abusive behavior, or
– non-compliance with gallery rules.
12. What are the galleries' operational hours?
The galleries at Seri Negara are open daily from 10am to 6pm except on Mondays.
13. What time is the last admission to the galleries?
Last tour slot begins at 5pm. Please arrive early for verification of advance ticket purchase.
14. Are food and drinks allowed inside the galleries?
No food or drinks are allowed inside the gallery areas.
15. Are large bags allowed?
Large bags are not allowed due to safety and security reasons. Please contact reception for assistance if large bags are present.
16. Is photography allowed in the galleries?
Commercial photography is prohibited unless approved. Photography for personal use may be permitted in selected areas. However, the following is prohibited:
- flash photography;
- tripods; and
- drones.
17. Can operating hours or gallery access change?
Management reserves the right to:
- change operating hours;
- amend ticketing policies;
- revise admission prices;
- limit visitor capacity; or
- close certain areas without prior notice due to operational, safety, maintenance, or other requirements.

19. What is the STR Complimentary Admission Initiative?
The initiative provides eligible STR recipients and their registered household members with one-time complimentary admission per calendar year to participating galleries under Khazanah Nasional Berhad’s initiative.
20. Who is eligible for the complimentary admission?
Subject to verification, eligibility is limited to:
- Active SARA Bulanan recipients as confirmed through the MyKasih status check system: https://checkstatus.mykasih.net/sara2/checkstatus; and
- Registered household members under the same STR household record.
Eligible household members must visit together with the primary recipient to enjoy this benefit.
21. Is the complimentary admission unlimited?
No. The complimentary admission is:
- limited to one redemption per calendar year, per site (i.e. one complimentary visit per year to the paid galleries at BSAS and one complimentary visit per year to the paid galleries at Seri Negara);
- available until further notice; and
- subject to successful verification.
Subsequent visits within the same year will be charged based on prevailing Malaysian admission rates.
22. What documents are required for STR verification?
Visitors are required to present:
- Their original MyKad; and
- MyKad / MyKid for accompanying household members.
Management reserves the right to request additional verification documents.
23. How is household eligibility determined?
Household eligibility may be validated based on:
- STR household record;
- MyKad verification; and/or
- Other supporting documents.
24. Can friends or non-household members join under the complimentary admission?
No. Friends and non-household members are not entitled to complimentary admission.
25. Can the complimentary admission be transferred to another person?
No. The entitlement:
- is strictly non-transferable; and
- tied to verified identification.
26. What happens if my STR verification fails?
Visitors whose verification is unsuccessful may still proceed with standard admission fares.
27. How do STR recipients redeem complimentary admission for Seri Negara paid galleries exhibition?
STR recipients must:
- Book online at least five (5) days before the intended visit date;
- Submit required verification details; and
- Await approval confirmation via email.

No. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-transferable.

14. Are food and drinks allowed inside the galleries?
No food or drinks are allowed inside the gallery areas.
15. Are large bags allowed?
Large bags are not allowed due to safety and security reasons. Please contact reception for assistance if large bags are present.

20. Who is eligible for the complimentary admission?

- Registered household members under the same STR household record.
Eligible household members must visit together with the primary recipient to enjoy this benefit.
21. Is the complimentary admission unlimited?
No. The complimentary admission is:
- limited to one redemption per calendar year, per site (i.e. one complimentary visit per year to the paid galleries at BSAS and one complimentary visit per year to the paid galleries at Seri Negara);
- available until further notice; and
- subject to successful verification.
Subsequent visits within the same year will be charged based on prevailing Malaysian admission rates.
22. What documents are required for STR verification?
